Troxerutin, a mixture of hydroxyethyl rutin obtained by hydroxyethylation of rutin, whose main product of hydrolysis is chrysin. Troxerutin is made from rutin by hydroxyethylation, a semi-synthetic flavonoid compound. It can inhibit erythrocyte and platelet agglutination, and at the same time can increase the blood oxygen content, improve microcirculation, promote the formation of new blood vessels, and protect the endothelial cells; and anti-radiation damage, anti-inflammation, anti-allergy, anti-ulcer and other effects. It is the main component of Vibramycin.

Critical Properties of Troxerutin:
Troxerutin inhibits platelet aggregation and has the effect of preventing thrombosis.
Troxerutin can increase capillary resistance and reduce capillary permeability, which can prevent oedema caused by elevated vascular permeability.
Troxerutin is a water-soluble derivative of rutin and has a higher biological availability.
Troxerutin increases blood oxygen levels, improves microcirculation and promotes the formation of new blood vessels.
Troxerutin has analgesic properties.
